Enter the email address you use to sign in to Omega People, on the website or in the app. We’ll send a confirmation link to that address: nothing is deleted until you open it and confirm.
What happens
- Your sign-in account is deleted: name, email address, password, sessions and the devices registered for notifications.
- If you work for a company that uses Omega People, the records it keeps about you as your employer — employee profile, contracts, attendance, leave, documents, payslips — belong to your employer, who decides whether to erase them within the periods set by law. We pass your request on to them.
- If you own a workspace, close it first by cancelling the subscription: its data stays read-only for 30 days and is then deleted.
- We keep only what the law requires: the record of the legal documents you accepted (no longer linked to your name), any invoices, and the record of this request. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
